Our Process Makes us Unique

At Midpoint we created a unique analytical vetting process called MQA that utilizes multiple sources of reference to assess each candidate on prioritized weighted qualifications based on client input and our analysis of the position.

Each candidate’s score is graphically depicted so that you can readily identify the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses based on the position’s requirements. These scores are then summarized and used to compare the candidates.

The first step in our process is to determine the key qualifications for the position and then work with you to assign a prioritized weight so that we can ensure the candidates are evaluated on what matters.
